8. Service Availability and Support

AECpilot AI provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties about its suitability for your specific purposes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to the platform, but may request a data export within 30 days.
